摘要： A ferroelectric memory and a fabrication method therefor, and an electronic device are provided, and relate to the field of storage technologies, to alleviate the problem that the number of process steps and costs increase as the number of stacked FRAMs increases. The ferroelectric memory includes a substrate and S memory cell arrays. The S memory cell arrays may be sequentially arranged on the substrate along a first direction parallel to the substrate. A trench is provided between two adjacent memory cell arrays. When the foregoing ferroelectric memory is fabricated, a composite stacked structure may be fabricated on the substrate, and then a plurality of trenches extending through the composite stacked structure may be fabricated in a same fabrication process. Next, M bit lines may be fabricated in the same fabrication process. Then, N first interlayer word lines are fabricated on in the same fabrication process, to complete the fabrication of the S memory cell arrays at the same time.

The method includes: receiving, by a linkage proxy module, a linkage policy request delivered by a third-party application service; calling a corresponding protocol converter according to a protocol identifier in the linkage policy request, and performing protocol conversion for the linkage policy request to convert it into a linkage policy request in a set protocol format; and sending the protocol-converted linkage policy request to a linkage client to instruct the linkage client to parse the linkage policy request based on the set protocol and execute linkage policy configuration. With the present invention, a linkage proxy is set to execute protocol conversion of various protocols. On one hand, the cost of the linkage client would not be increased for supporting multiple protocols; on the other hand, when third-party applications are increased or decreased, it is unnecessary to reconfigure the linkage client.

With the method provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a forwarding path can be rapidly switched when an designated routing bridge is faulty and cannot carry out a traffic forwarding function or an appointed forwarder of a customer VLAN is changed, so that traffic of a unicast service of a customer is forwarded in time, thereby greatly shortening interruption time of the service and implementing high reliability of service traffic.
