摘要： A method, system and apparatus for realizing multimedia call service is used to solve the problem that it can not make the network offer a user an appended function associated with the media stream process based on the present WCDMA circuit domain. The method includes: A. MSC server sets-up a media control signal channel with all directions which take a share in the multimedia call service via the bearer service channel set-up at the calling succeeded; B. MSC server takes a share in the media negotiation via the media control signaling channel, and completes the setting-up of the media stream logical channel, in order to realize the multimedia call service. By this method, MSC server can take a share in the media negotiation, and offers a user a appended function associated with the media stream process.

The method for switching a streaming service is applied in IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) architecture and includes: receiving a switching request that carries an identifier of requested media; and using a before-switching media channel to send switched media content to User Equipment (UE). The streaming service switching method disclosed herein uses the fast switching capability of the real-time streams in the IMS architecture to switch the streaming service, and uses the before-switching media channel to transmit the switched media content in the IMS architecture, thus improving the switching speed, the user experience, and the network capability of controlling the switching.

The method is applied to an Internet Protocol (IP) packet network, and includes the steps of: receiving a media control request sent by a client; performing correlative processing on the media control request; and controlling a media stream according to the correlative processing result. A media stream controlling method, system, and device are further provided. Thus, a Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) processing function (RPF) is introduced in the network and performs correlative processing on the media control request, so that a plurality of clients is enabled to control the same media stream, and thus the problem that RTSP statuses are asynchronous when the plurality of clients controls the media stream is solved.

摘要： A system, an apparatus, and a method for user service handover are provided. The handover system includes a Packet Switched (PS)-domain Access Network (AN), a Mobile Switching Center (MSC), a User Equipment (UE), a packet access unit, and optionally, a Circuit Switched (CS)-domain AN.
