    • The present invention provides a signal sending method and a base station device, where the signal sending method includes: receiving, by a frequency domain exchange module, a first frequency domain signal of a first user equipment, where the first frequency domain signal is obtained from at least one coordinated cell of the first user equipment and is sent by a baseband processing unit of at least two baseband processing units, where the baseband processing unit corresponds to the at least one coordinated cell of the first user equipment; and sending, by the frequency domain exchange module, the first frequency domain signal to a first baseband processing unit of the at least two baseband processing units, where the first baseband processing unit corresponds to a serving cell of the first user equipment. In the present invention, data exchange between a serving cell and a coordinated cell in an LTE-A system can be implemented, thereby effectively reducing influence of interference and improving the quality of a radio signal.

    • The present invention provides a signal transmitting method and a base station device. The signal transmitting method is applied to a base station device including a time domain exchanging module and at least one baseband processing unit, where the time domain exchanging module is respectively connected to the at least one baseband processing unit. The method includes: receiving, by the time domain exchanging module, a first time domain signal transmitted by a first user equipment through a radio frequency channel of a serving cell of the first user equipment, and receiving a second time domain signal transmitted by the first user equipment through a radio frequency channel of at least one coordinating cell of the first user equipment; and transmitting, by the time domain exchanging module, the first time domain signal and the second time domain signal to a baseband processing unit corresponding to the serving cell of the first user equipment in the at least one baseband processing unit. Through the present invention, CoMP data exchange can be implemented in an LTE-A system.

    • A method for sending signals from a base station is provided, which includes: setting an energy-saving flag when intending to enter an energy-saving mode; notifying the energy-saving mode corresponding to the energy-saving flag to a User Equipment (UE); and sending signals in the energy-saving mode applied after setting the energy-saving flag. The energy-saving flag may be a Reference Symbol (RS) energy-saving indication, data transmission bandwidth indication, or an indication of reducing antennas for sending data. When the cell load is light, the method and the energy-saving base station provided herein change the bandwidth of transmitting downlink RSs of the cell dynamically to reduce energy consumption of the base station without changing the cell bandwidth which is a critical parameter, and relieve impact on the service caused by power consumption reduction but add no complexity to the UE.
