摘要： A packet transmission method in a wireless local area network and an electronic device are provided, and relate to the field of terminal technologies. The method includes: identifying a service type of a first packet, and transmitting the first packet on each resource unit RU of a plurality of RUs if the service type of the first packet is a first service. According to this solution, packets of different services may be processed differently based on service features. For packets of the first service, a same packet is transmitted on the plurality of RUs, to improve redundancy of the packets of the first service. In this way, a transmission delay of the first service can be reduced, and transmission performance of a Wi-Fi device can be improved.

摘要： A long-lived connection apparatus and a network system are provided. The network system includes a terminal device and an access point device. A first application APP is installed on the terminal device. The terminal device is configured to: in a screen-unlocked state, send, based on first socket information, a heartbeat packet to a server associated with the first APP, where the heartbeat packet is used to maintain a long-lived connection between the terminal device and the server; and send the first socket information to a first access point device when switching from the screen-unlocked state to a screen-locked state. The first access point device is configured to: after receiving the first socket information, act as a proxy for the terminal device to send the heartbeat packet to the server based on the first socket information. The first access point device can act as the proxy for the terminal device to keep a heartbeat with the server, so that the terminal device does not need to frequently wake up a module such as a processor to send heartbeat packets. Therefore, power consumption of the terminal device is reduced and a battery life of the terminal device is prolonged.

摘要： This application provides a communication method, a device, and a communications system. The communications system includes a STA device and an AP device. The STA device sends an uplink packet to the AP device by using at least one basic channel element. The AP device detects uplink channel quality of the STA device, and sends a notification message to the STA device when the uplink channel quality meets a first preset condition, to indicate the STA device to send an uplink packet to the AP device by using a target frequency domain resource. In this application, because the target frequency domain resource is at least a part of one basic channel element, when the AP device detects that the uplink channel quality of the STA device is relatively poor, the AP device may allocate the target frequency domain resource with a smaller bandwidth to the STA device, so that the STA device can send an uplink packet to the AP device by using the target frequency domain resource. Therefore, on a premise that transmit power of the STA device remains unchanged, a Wi-Fi signal coverage distance in an uplink direction is improved, and a signal coverage area of a Wi-Fi device is expanded.

摘要： This application discloses a terminal roaming method and apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium, and belongs to the field of wireless communications technologies. A terminal sends, to a first AP associated with the terminal, an action frame that is used to request to associate with a second AP. A receiver address of the action frame is an address of the first AP, and the action frame further includes an identifier of the second AP. When the terminal receives a response frame sent by the first AP for the action frame, and the response frame indicates that association succeeds, the terminal establishes association with the second AP. The terminal first establishes the association with the second AP by using the first AP, and then changes an operating channel to an operating channel of the second AP. To be specific, the terminal can receive and send data on the operating channel of the second AP. This reduces a terminal roaming service interruption time, and can reduce packet discard in a terminal roaming process, to improve communication reliability.
