A control device is configured to switch the flow passage switching valve to the circulation state to perform a circulation liquid delivery by the circulation liquid delivery device, and switch the flow passage switching valve to the liquid delivery state when the bubbles are not detected by the bubble detection device.

When analyzing the sample in the mass spectrometric unit, the controller connects the first flow path to the mass spectrometric unit, compares the measured value of the mass spectrometric unit with a predetermined threshold value, and drives the first valve to connect the second flow path to the mass spectrometry unit when it is determined to be abnormal.

When the signal variance is evaluated to be unstable, the warning is performed during the measurement or after the measurement.
