摘要： Provided are a moving body tracking apparatus 30 that contributes to shortening treatment time and a radiation therapy system including the moving body tracking apparatus 30, a program, and a moving body tracking method. The moving body tracking apparatus 30 includes a fluoroscopic apparatus that acquires fluoroscopic images including the target 2 from at least two directions, and the moving body tracking control apparatus 30A that obtains a position of the target 2 from the fluoroscopic images acquired by the fluoroscopic apparatus. The moving body tracking control apparatus 30A creates a simulated fluoroscopic image from the CT image including the target 2, creates a two-dimensional region including the target 2 from the simulated fluoroscopic image as a template, matches each of at least two fluoroscopic images with the template, and obtains a three-dimensional position of the target 2 from a plurality of matching results.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to quickly and accurately determine an amount of deviation in position/orientation of a patient relative to a three-dimensional image of the patient that is obtained before radiotherapy. A radiotherapy system (100) includes X-ray imaging apparatuses (5A, 5B) that obtain an X-ray image of the patient on a reference plane, and a position determination apparatus (10). The position determination apparatus (10) calculates parameters of a region estimation model, using, as input data, a reference fluoroscopic image obtained before radiotherapy, and also using, as teacher data, a reference ROI image obtained with respect to the reference fluoroscopic image before radiotherapy. During radiotherapy, the position determination apparatus (10) estimates a region of interest with respect to the X-ray image and a DRR image, based on the parameters and the X-ray image, determines a degree of matching between the X-ray image and the DRR image for the region of interest while virtually changing a relative position/orientation relationship between a CT image and the reference plane, and determines an amount of deviation in position/orientation between the patient and the CT image, based on the position/orientation relationship that is held when the degree of matching satisfies a preset condition.
