摘要： Provided are a urethane adhesive for outdoor use which has high peel strength and excellent weatherability, a solar-cell back sheet obtained using the adhesive, and a solar-cell module obtained using the solar-cell back sheet. The urethane adhesive for outdoor use comprises (A) a urethane resin obtained by reacting one or more isocyanate compounds (a1) with a polyol (a2) having an ester bond and (B) a hydroxyphenyltriazine compound, the isocyanate compounds (a1) comprising at least one compound selected from aliphatic isocyanates and alicyclic isocyanates. The adhesive has high peel strength and excellent weatherability. The urethane resin for outdoor use which further contains a silane compound is more preferable.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive for solar battery backsheet, which has satisfactory initial adhesion to a film at the time of the production of the solar battery backsheet and satisfactory adhesive strength to a film after aging, and is also excellent in long-term weatherability and hydrolysis resistance. Further object is to provide a solar battery backsheet obtainable by using the adhesive, and a solar battery module obtainable by using the backsheet. Disclosed is an adhesive for solar battery backsheet obtainable by the reaction of an acrylic polyol (a1) with an isocyanate compound (a2), in which the acrylic polyol (a1) has a glass transition temperature of 20°C or lower. The adhesive has satisfactory initial adhesion to a film at the time of the production of the solar battery backsheet and satisfactory adhesive strength to a film after aging, and is also excellent in long-term weatherability and hydrolysis resistance. The adhesive for solar battery backsheet, in which the acrylic polyol (a1) has a hydroxyl value of 0.5 to 40 mgKOH/g, is more preferable.

The adhesive agent has excellent initial adhesion properties, exhibits excellent adhesion properties after being cured, and can be cured into a coating film. having excellent flexibility. When the adhesive agent additionally contains a hydroxyphenyltriazine-type compound, the adhesive agent can rarely undergo the change in color and can have superior weather resistance.

摘要： Disclosed is an aqueous bonding composition comprising: (A) a saccharide; (B) a phosphate; and (C) at least one neutralizing agent selected from ammonia and an amine compound having at least one hydroxyl group. The aqueous bonding composition is excellent in balance among bending strength, bending strength under wet condition, water-absorption thickness expansion coefficient and peeling strength and scarcely causes metal to rust. The aqueous bonding composition can be usefully used to produce a wood-based material.

The sugar syrup (A) preferably comprises at least one selected from waste molasses, ice molasses, and crude saccharide. The metal salt (C) preferably comprises at least one selected from potassium salts, calcium salts, sodium salts, and magnesium salts. The aqueous bonding composition is excellent in balance among performances such as bending strength, bending strength under wet condition, water-absorption thickness expansion coefficient, and peeling strength while being capable of bonding at a comparatively low temperature, and is particularly useful to produce a wood-based material. Further, disclosed is a wood-based material obtainable by using the composition.
