摘要： Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: determining a first sending rate based on a network performance objective of first data and a network status of a first transmission control protocol (transmission control protocol, TCP) connection of a transport layer protocol, where the first TCP connection is used to send the first data; and sending the first data based on the first sending rate. The network performance objective is set, so that an output of a decision not only depends on the network status, but also depends on the network performance objective. In this way, network congestion control is more flexible, and TCP-based data transmission efficiency is improved.

The apparatus includes: a controller, configured to: determine, based on an access address of a first access command, that the first access command accesses a first storage area or a second storage area in a memory chip, where the first storage area does not overlap the second storage area, the memory chip includes a plurality of memory dies, the first storage area occupies a first quantity of memory dies in the memory chip, the second storage area occupies a second quantity of memory dies in the memory chip, and the first quantity is less than the second quantity; and a channel interleaver, configured to: when the controller determines that the first access command accesses the first storage area, switch on the first quantity of memory dies; and when the controller determines that the first access command accesses the second storage area, switch on the second quantity of memory dies. Embodiments of this application are used to access the memory chip.
