In this way, a packet loss problem in a data transmission process can be avoided without adjusting an XOFF/XON threshold of a receive queue and without increasing a quantity of pause frames in a network system, thereby improving reliability of the data flow in the transmission process.

This greatly reduces complexity of a load balancing algorithm, and achieves a great effect.
