摘要： Provided is an electrode including a metal foam as a current collector for obtaining a lithium-ion secondary battery having a high energy density. More particularly, provided is a lithium-ion secondary battery electrode that achieves improved input/output properties (power density) and improved durability, and a lithium-ion secondary battery including the lithium-ion secondary battery electrode. An electrode is formed by providing, in an electrode layer, a region having an excessive amount of an electrolytic solution by forming a region where a current collector made of a metal foam contains no electrode material mixture.

摘要： To provide an electrode for lithium ion secondary batteries, and a lithium ion secondary battery made using this electrode for lithium ion secondary batteries, which can sufficiently secure electron conductivity between a foam metal body and an electrode active material in an electrode for lithium ion secondary batteries which establish a foam metal body as the collector, reduce the resistance of a lithium ion secondary batter, and improve the durability.
A carbon layer consisting of carbon material is disposed on a surface of a foam porous body consisting of metal, and used as a collector. More specifically, an electrode for lithium ion secondary batteries includes a collector, and an electrode mixture filled into the collector, in which the collector is made to have a carbon layer consisting of carbon material on a surface of a foam porous body consisting of metal.

摘要： A lithium ion oxygen battery capable of achieving a high energy density without being decreased in performance due to moisture or carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is provided. A lithium ion oxygen battery 1 comprises a positive electrode 2 containing oxygen as an active material and a lithium source, a negative electrode 3 made of a material capable of occluding or releasing lithium ions, and an electrolyte layer 4 sandwiched between the positive electrode 2 and the negative electrode 3 and capable of conducting the lithium ions. The positive electrode 2, the negative electrode 3, and the electrolyte layer 4 are housed in a hermetic case 5. The positive electrode 2 comprises an oxygen storage material and a lithium compound (excluding a combined metal oxide of lithium and another metal) as the lithium source.

摘要： There is provided an oxidation catalyst device for exhaust gas purification which can combust particulates in exhaust gas in a short time. An oxidation catalyst device for exhaust gas purification 1 comprises an oxidation catalyst 3 composed of a porous body formed by applying an aqueous solution of metal compounds constituting a complex metal oxide to a porous filter substrate 2 by any of a spray drying method, a spray pyrolysis method, and a freeze drying method, and calcining the aqueous solution. The oxidation catalyst 3 is composed of a complex metal oxide represented by any of YMnO 3 , Y 1-x Ag x MnO 3 (0.01 ≤ x ≤ 0.30), and Y 1-x Ag x Mn 1-y A y O 3 (0.01 ≤ x ≤ 0.30 and 0.005 ≤ y ≤ 0.30, and A is any one metal of Ti, Nb, Ta, Ru, Ce, and Fe). The total porosity of the filter substrate 2 and the porous body is 50 to 80% by volume.
