The apparatus also comprises a central processing unit (CPU) (21) for controlling the operating parameters at least of the electric motor (6) of said pump (5) based on a predetermined programme. The apparatus finally comprises a continuous flow rate regulator (7) inserted into said first duct (4) between the air intake (3) and the point (12) at which said second duct (9) joins to the first, said continuous flow rate regulator (7) having the relative actuator member (8) connected to said central processing unit (CPU) (21) to control it.
