摘要： According to the invention, the shaped bodies are comprised of at least one heavy metal, preferably Fe, Ni, Co, Sn, Mo or W, which can be reduced from a corresponding metal compound at a temperature of less than 1,500 °C. The shaped bodies have an outer diameter ranging from 0.05 to 0.5 mm and a diameter to wall thickness ratio ranging from 0.5 to 3 %. According to the method, starting materials are applied as a covering layer to supporting elements of any shape, and the green products produced in such a manner are subsequently heat-treated. During the heat-treatment, the supporting elements are pyrolyzed, the covering layers are, in essence, thermally decomposed, and the decomposition products are sintered. The outer dimensions of the supporting elements are selected such that they are larger than the shaped bodies to be produced. Metallic compounds, preferably metal oxides, metal hydroxides, metal carbonates, or organometallic compounds are selected as starting materials and can be reduced at a temperature of less than 1,200 °C. The heat treatment is carried out in a reductive atmosphere containing hydrogen and/or carbon in such a way that the starting materials are essentially reduced to the sintered metal which provides the foundation for the respectively used metal compound.

摘要： The invention relates to a device consisting of a rotor chamber (1) in which a rotor (4) having a vertical rotor axis (3) is arranged, where the rotor (4) at least along its radial outer third has the shape of a conical envelope (22), and guide vanes(11) for circulating the starting material or product. The guide vanes (11) are arranged above the plane (9) of the upper edge (5) of the rotor (1) and statically against the inner wall (6) of the rotor chamber (1). Their cross-section in relation to the rotor axis (3) substantially has the shape of a segment of a circle or spiral and their inner ends are situated approximately in the central part of the rotor radius. The conical envelope (22) can have at least partly flat gas passages in the shape of holes or screens. The invention also relates to the use of the device for the production of pourable products. According to said method, cores are prepared or a coating layer is deposited on cores.

摘要： The invention relates to a device for drying pourable products, comprising a rotor chamber (1) in which a rotor (2) having a vertical rotor axis (3) is positioned. The rotor (2) has a horizontal central surface and at least along its radially outer third has a conical envelope (22) which is inclined in relation to the axis of rotation (3) at an angle of between 20 DEG and 70 DEG in such a way that the face of the conical envelope (22) having the greater diameter is situated at the top. The envelope (22) has at least partly flat gas passages in the shape of holes or screens. The method provided for in the invention uses the above device for drying pourable products. To this end dry gas is supplied to the surface of the products to be dried during the radial, peripheral circulation of same, without said products being whirled up and subjected to inadmissible pressure, shock and/or friction.

摘要： The invention relates to a sealing system for a closing flap on a through-opening of a device, which along with other similar closing flaps lying parallel to each other in a sealing plane when other devices are in a coupled position so interacts with the other flaps that the insides of both devices can be joined and the individual closing flap when closed provides a seal in relation to a pertaining through-opening along its perimeter. At least one of the two interacting closing flaps (22, 23) has a slit along its perimeter (24) which is bounded on both sides by annular shaped legs (26, 28). The slit (24) is bounded on the inside of each device (20, 21) by the leg (26) when in closed position. The leg (26) extends close to the sealing surface (27) of the through opening and the other leg (28) is radially reduced in comparison with the first one. An elastic bead (29) is located on the seal in an area which is radially outside the shortened leg (28). Said bead axially overlaps the shortened leg and rises at least partially above the sealing plane (34) between the closing flaps when the devices (20, 21) are in an uncoupled position. A pressure medium can be applied to the seal from the inside.
