A distribution manifold 62 circumferentially surrounds the plurality of fuel injectors 60, and a fluid passage 66 through the flow sleeve 50 and into the distribution manifold 62 provides fluid communication through the flow sleeve 50 to the plurality of fuel injectors 60.

According to an example embodiment of the invention, a method 400 for detecting a failure in a gas turbine is provided.
