A second set of neighbouring reference samples is obtained according to the determined positions corresponding to the K reference samples, where the second set of neighbouring reference samples includes neighbouring reference samples in the first set of neighbouring reference samples except the K reference samples. Prediction decoding is performed on the coding block according to the second set of neighbouring reference samples.
