    • The invention relates to a method and an analyzing device for analyzing projection data (g) of an object (f) to be examined, said projection data being ascertained along a trajectory (φ) in multiple projection positions (λ) relative to a coordinate origin (O). A respective trajectory function is ascertained for each projection position (λ), wherein a distance (d) and a directional vector (r) relative to the coordinate origin (O) are determined for multiple positions (y) from a reconstruction region (Ω) of the dimension n; a dimension n-1 hyperplane (H), which runs perpendicular to the directional vector (r) and has the distance (d) to the coordinate origin (O), is determined; a number (s) of intersections (S) between the hyperplane (H) and the trajectory (φ) is determined; a derivation vector of the trajectory (φ) is determined according to the trajectory curve and calculated in the projection position (λ); and an absolute value of the scalar product between the derivation vector and the position (y) is determined and divided by the number (s). The ascertained trajectory functions are transformed into a frequency domain of the dimension n, and the projection data (g) is analyzed using the transformed trajectory functions.
