摘要： The invention relates to a method for managing radio resources allocated by the radio network controller of an UTRAN radio access network. Said resources support a plurality of service requests each of which is identified by a service support request for radio access transmitted by a core network and describes an QoS requested in the form of a totality of RAB parameters defined by mapping with the corresponding QoS parameters of the core network. The controller is used for distributing resources amongst different support services and for modulating and allocating said resources according to a priority level associated with each support service. The priority level is defined by the priority level subparameter of the RAB Allocation Retention Priority parameter whose value is determined by taking into consideration the said QoS Allocation Retention Priority parameter of the core network and the value of at least one QoS parameter associated with a type of service.

摘要： The invention relates to a method of managing quality of service, which is intended for use with a packet-mode mobile communication network. The invention is characterised in that, in the event of a network overhead occurring when the resources of the network are being accessed in order to execute a service for a network subscribe, the following step is performed at each of the nodes of the network, consisting in: determining a global priority level for access to the resources, said global priority level being defined by a combination of at least one quality of service parameter which is linked to the type of service and at least one quality of service parameter corresponding to a priority level of the subscriber; and applying at least one pre-defined service quality treatment to the flow of data corresponding to said service, according to the determined global priority level.

摘要： The inventive method, server and system for managing a session in a talkie walkie mode (« push to talk ») between a plurality of terminals each of which is provided with corresponding capacities for encoding and decoding voice/image signals. The session is connected to the plurality of terminals via a server through a first wireless telecommunications network to which the terminals are connected and a second network to which the server is connected. Said server comprises a data encoder/decoder. When a session is established upon request of a terminal, the transmitting terminal transmits data encoded according to an initial type of coding to one or several receiving terminals which are connected via the server. Afterwards, the server receiving data which are encoded according to an initial type of coding, processes said data according to the respective capacities of the receiving terminals in order to ensure the compatibility between data encoded according to an initial type of coding and data received by said receiving terminals, where applicable according to at least one type of coding similar to the initial type of coding. Afterwards, the server transmits processed data to the receiving terminals.
