      a nasal seal (301), a frame (303), and a head strap (105);
      the nasal seal (301) comprising:
      a seal opening (403) on an outward-facing side of the nasal seal (301), the seal opening (403) including lips and/or channels; and
      a pair of nasal locators (401) protruding from a patient-facing side of the nasal seal (301), each of the nasal locators (401) having a base portion;
      the frame (303) being made from a rigid plastics material, and comprising:
      a socket (502) for connecting with a supply conduit;
      an outlet opening (501) directly opposite an opening of the socket (502), the opening of the socket (502) thereby being centrally located on the frame (303), and including channels and/or lips for engagement with the lips and/or channels of the seal opening (403);
      a pair of side arms (511) extending from the frame (303), beyond an extreme width of the nasal seal (301), the side arms (511) having tips (717) rearward of the base portions of the nasal locators (401), wherein the base portions of the nasal locators (401) are between a central portion of the frame (303) and a line connecting the tips (717) of the side arms (511), each of the side arms (511) including a connector portion (513) for engagement with the head strap (105);
      and
      a pair of central side portions (509), extending either side of the socket (502), between the socket (502) and the respective side arm (511), the central side portions (509) including small apertures as part of a gas washout vent; and
      the head strap (105) comprising:
      connector portions (321) for engagement with the connector portions (513) of the side arms (511).
    • 一种用于向患者输送呼吸气体的患者接口,包括:鼻密封件(301),框架(303)和头部带(105); 所述鼻密封件(301)包括:在所述鼻密封件(301)的朝外侧上的密封开口(403),所述密封开口(403)包括唇缘和/或通道; 和从所述鼻密封件(301)的面向患者侧突出的一对鼻定位器(401),所述鼻定位器(401)中的每一个具有基部; 所述框架(303)由刚性塑料材料制成,并且包括:用于与供应管道连接的插座(502) 与所述插座(502)的开口直接相对的出口开口(501),所述插座(502)的所述开口由此居中地位于所述框架(303)上,并且包括用于与所述唇缘和/ 或密封开口(403)的通道; 从框架303延伸超过鼻密封件301的极端宽度的一对侧臂511,侧臂511具有在鼻定位器401的基部后方的尖端717。 ),其中鼻定位器(401)的基部位于框架(303)的中心部分和连接侧臂(511)的尖端(717)的线之间,每个侧臂(511)包括 连接器部分(513),用于与头带(105)接合; 和一对在插座(502)的任一侧延伸的插座(502)和相应的侧臂(511)之间的中央侧部(509),中央侧部(509)包括作为 气体冲洗通风口; 和头带(105)包括:用于与侧臂(511)的连接器部分(513)接合的连接器部分(321)。

    • A patient interface (1950) comprising a mask (1952) and headgear (1954) for securing the mask to a user's face, the headgear comprising
      an elastic portion (1966) configured to provide a retraction force,
      a non-elastic portion (1964) configured to be inelastic in comparison to the elastic portion, and
      a restriction mechanism (1960) connected to the non-elastic portion and to the elastic portion, the restriction mechanism configured to require a first resistance force to permit elongation of the headgear and having a second resistance force in response to retraction of the headgear,
      wherein the restriction mechanism comprises a directional lock arrangement (1960) comprising a lock member (1962) having a lock position and a release position,
      wherein the non-elastic portion comprises a core member (1964), and the core member passes through the directional lock arrangement,
      wherein the elastic portion comprises an elastic strap (1966) of tubular construction including an interior passage that accommodates the core member such that the core member can move within the elastic portion, the elastic strap comprising
      a braid of multiple individual strands or yarns that are relatively inelastic, and a biasing arrangement (1824) that biases the strap to a compressed position, the biasing arrangement comprising one or more elastic fibers within the braid, and wherein the retraction force tends to move the core member through the directional lock arrangement such that in use the lock member transitions from the lock position to the release position and the restriction mechanism has the second resistance force.
