摘要： Embodiments of the present application provide a method and apparatus for cell handover and reconfiguration. The method includes: performing cell measurement and reporting a result of measurement by UE according to a cell measurement request; detaching, when the UE receives a handover command transmitted by a macro eNB or a serving eNB of the UE, from the serving eNB by the UE and reserving an uplink time adjustment parameter N TA of the serving eNB by the UE; and performing cell handover and reconfiguration by the UE according to the handover command. With the method and apparatus of the embodiments, when the UE is still in a state of being connected to the serving eNB, the target eNB begins to detect its uplink signal to determine uplink time advance of the UE and the target eNB, and the UE replaces the source serving eNB with a new target eNB according to indication of other cells. Therefore, as the UE is made to establish downlink synchronization/uplink synchronization with the new target eNB, time delay due to uplink/downlink synchronization in the cell reconfiguration/handover process is reduced efficiently, and complexity of the UE is lowered.

摘要： A method of interference coordination, base station and user equipment. The method comprises: precoding by a macro cell eNB the signals of the downlink control channel of scheduled macro cell UE by using pre-obtained precoded matrixes, such that the signal null space formed by precoding is pointed to pico cells and/or the characteristic value space of the signals is pointed to the macro cell UE. With such a method, almost all the interference caused by the PDCCH of the macro cell to the pico cell is eliminated, and the performances of the macro cell are not affected, solving the problem existed in the prior art; or improving the receiving performance of the macro cell UE, and further alleviating the interference of the macro cell on the pico cells.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and a device for transmitting downlink control information, a method and a device for receiving downlink control information and a terminal, a base station and a communication system which includes the terminal and the base station. The Resource Indication Values (RIVs) in the Downlink Control Information (DCI) are set to different values based on the function of the DCI to be transmitted according to the embodiment provided, wherein the different scopes of values are corresponding to the different functions of DCI. The different functions may be used as the configuration signaling of Sounding Reference Signal (SRS), or used as the scheduling signaling of Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH). The power control method includes: the user equipment sorts priorities of uplink channels of the at least two cells when the user equipment transmits uplink channel signals containing UCI for the at least two cells in the same subframe; and allocates power for the uplink channels of the at least two cells, or performs selection on the uplink channels, according to a result of the sorting regarding the priorities. 摘要： Embodiments of the present invention provide a mapping method and apparatus for a search space of a physical downlink control channel. The method includes: determining a search space allocated to the PDCCH according to a resource allocation scheme; and mapping each of candidates of the PDCCH to a logic time frequency resource of the search space according to a predefined interval. With the method and apparatus of the embodiments of the present invention, a frequency selective scheduling gain is obtained by mapping different candidates onto discrete time frequency resources, or a frequency diversity gain is obtained by mapping one candidate onto discrete time frequency resources, thereby improving the performance of the PDCCH.
