The process advantageously uses information supplied by the terminal, particularly its position and transmission parameters, and enables the appropriate G/T figure to be deduced. This information is then transmitted to the demodulator of the second earth station and will be used to reconstruct the signal incorporating the message and remove it from the received signal.
