    • An oven (30) for cooking food comprises outer and inner enclosures and a cooling fan (122). The outer enclosure comprises first and second side walls (32, 34) and a bottom wall (40) that is substantially perpendicular to and connected to the first side wall (32) by a portion that is inwardly offset from the first side wall (32). The bottom wall (40) is inwardly offset from the second side wall (34) by an additional offset portion. The inner enclosure is disposed within and spaced from the outer enclosure by a passageway (120). The cooling fan (122) is disposed within the passageway (120) and is operable to maintain a flow of cooling air in the passageway (120) between an intake port (52) and one or more output ports (60). The intake port (52) is located in the offset portion of the outer enclosure, and an additional intake port (54) is located in the additional offset portion.
