摘要： The invention specifies a conveying apparatus for conveying transporting structures (16) with at least one conveying element (20), in particular transportation skids (18) with a conveying runner in the automotive industry. A conveying route comprises at least one route unit (10) with at least one longitudinal profile (26), which defines a transporting direction (32). A drive system (54) for the transporting structures (16) has at least one drive device (56), which is arranged on the at least one longitudinal profile (26) and comprises at least one drive wheel (62), which can be rotated about an axis of rotation (64) and can be pressed, in the form of a friction wheel, against the conveying element (20). A bearing structure (74), which bears the drive wheel (62), is mounted such that it can be pivoted about a pivot axis (82), and therefore the drive wheel (62) can be moved relative to the longitudinal profile (26). The pivot axis (82) of the bearing structure (74) runs at an angle to the axis of rotation (64) of the drive wheel (62).
