    • It is an object of the present invention to provide a group management apparatus or a group management system for efficiently assessing operational conditions of large number of air conditioning facilities installed in plural buildings. A group management system (100) of the present invention is a group management apparatus (30) for managing large number of air conditioning facilities (10a, 10b, 10c) installed in plural buildings (50a, 50b, 50c) as plural groups (15a, 15b, 15c). The group management apparatus (30) includes an obtaining section (35a) and an extracting section (35c). The obtaining section obtains operational data of the large number of air conditioning facilities within the buildings through plural control units (20a, 20b, 20c) disposed in the buildings for controlling the large number of air conditioning facilities. The extracting section extracts a group (groups) satisfying predetermined conditions based on plural assessment perspectives.
