    • An object of the present invention is to manufacture a piping member more quickly and at a lower cost. A method of manufacturing a cylindrical piping member, wherein one end becomes a welding part that is welded to another member, comprises a process group ( S1-S6 ) and a process group ( S8-S10 ).
