    • Provided is a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin container, comprising: after the shaping of a container (41), drawing back a liquid (L) inside the container (41) to a pressurized liquid feeding unit (21) side by means of a suckback mechanism (SB) disposed at a predetermined position in a feeding channel (F) of the liquid (L) from the pressurized liquid feeding unit (21) to a mouth tube portion (32) of a preform (31); closing the feeding channel (F) by means of a valve mechanism (Vm) disposed on the downstream side of the suckback mechanism; introducing a gas into the container (41) so that the volume reduction deformation of the container (41) resulting from the drawing back of the liquid (L) is restored to its original shape; and adjusting a headspace (HS) inside the container (41) with the amount of volume change associated with the volume reduction deformation.
    • 本发明提供一种合成树脂容器的制造方法,其特征在于,在容器(41)成型后,将容器(41)内的液体(L)通过加压液体供给单元 设置在液体(L)从加压液体供给单元(21)到预成型件(31)的口管部分(32)的供给通道(F)中的预定位置处的回吸机构(SB); 通过设置在吸引机构的下游侧的阀机构(Vm)关闭供给通道(F); 将气体引入到容器(41)中,使得由液体(L)的抽回引起的容器(41)的体积减小变形恢复到其初始形状; 以及利用与体积减小变形相关联的体积变化量来调节容器(41)内的顶部空间(HS)。
