摘要： Provided is a method for manufacturing a container containing a content fluid, including: a molding step of stretching a bottomed tubular preform (1) that is heated to a temperature at which the preform is stretchable so as to form the container (10) by means of pressure of the content fluid injected into the preform through a mouth portion (2); a sealing step of sealing the content fluid by fitting a cap body (16) to the mouth portion; and a pressurizing step of increasing an inner pressure of the container, wherein the container includes an invertible deforming portion (15) that is freely invertible and deformable toward an inside of the container, and in the pressurizing step, the inner pressure of the container is increased by reducing a volume of the container by inverting and deforming the invertible deforming portion toward the inside of the container.

摘要： A blow molding device includes a blow nozzle (4) to be inserted tightly into a mouth tube section (32) of preform (31) when the preform (31) is inserted in a mold (1). The blow molding device also includes a pressurized liquid feeding unit (22) and feeds a pressurized liquid (L) from the pressurized liquid feeding unit (22) into the preform (31) through the blow nozzle (4) to form a container (41) into an expanded shape along a cavity of the mold (1). A valve mechanism (Vm), provided at a downstream end of a feed channel for the liquid (L) in the blow nozzle (4), can open and close the feed channel so that when the valve mechanism (Vm) is in a closed state, the liquid (L) circulates between the feed channel and the pressurized liquid feeding unit (22), and when the valve mechanism (Vm) is in an open state, the pressurized liquid (L) is fed through the feed channel into the preform (31).

摘要： To effectively prevent a mouth portion of a preform from being deformed and enlarged in diameter during blow molding, provided is a blow molding device 1 that includes: a blow mold 8 inside which a cavity 7 is provided for accommodating therein a preform 3, except for a mouth portion 3a which is an orifice end of the preform 3, the preform 3 being preformed in a bottomed tubular shape; a blow nozzle 10 provided to supply a pressurized fluid into the preform 3 through the mouth portion 3a of the preform 3; a partition wall member 22 that tightly surrounds an outer wall surface of the mouth portion 3a of the preform 3 with space 20 being formed between the partition wall member 22 and the outer wall surface; and a pressurized fluid supply unit 24 that supplies a pressurized fluid into the space 20 during blow molding.

摘要： To regulate, in blow molding device using liquid, such as beverage, cosmetic product, and pharmaceutical product, filled in final product as pressurized liquid, head space in container which is filled with content liquid during molding to be predetermined volume, provided is blow molding device including blow nozzle configured to tightly communicate with mouth tubular portion of preform. In state where rod is disposed to be inserted into blow nozzle and where tip portion of rod is inserted into preform, pressurized liquid is supplied into preform via tubular introduction path formed by blow nozzle and rod, thereby expandingly shaping container in accordance with cavity of metal mold. When container is shaped and supply of pressurized liquid is stopped, rod is disinserted from container, and according to shape and insert position of tip portion of rod, head space of shaped container that is filled with liquid is regulated to be predetermined volume.
