摘要： A vapor-compression refrigerant cycle system with a refrigeration cycle and a Rankine cycle includes a compressor (10), a radiator (11), a gas-liquid separator (12), a decompression device (13) and an evaporator (14). In the vapor-compression refrigerant cycle system, a liquid pump (32) is disposed for supplying the liquid refrigerant in the gas-liquid separator to a heater (30) for heating the refrigerant, a cooling means (136, 39, 15, 38) is provided for cooling the liquid refrigerant to be sucked into the liquid pump, and an energy recovery unit (33) for expanding the refrigerant flowing out of the heater is disposed to recover thermal energy in the refrigerant from the heater. When the Rankine cycle is set so that the energy recovery unit recovers the thermal energy, the cooling means cools the liquid refrigerant to be sucked into the liquid pump. Therefore, pumping efficiency of the liquid pump can be effectively improved.

摘要： A scroll-type variable-capacity compressor is disclosed in which a single spool is moved to open or close bypass ports and thereby change the capacity of compression chambers. Especially, the capacity can be controlled in satisfactory manner by opening the bypass ports to a specific position. Specifically, a first bypass port is arranged in the neighborhood of the contact point between the inner surface of the spiral wall of a fixed scroll and the outer surface of the spiral wall of a movable scroll making up one of the compression chambers with the capacity thereof reduced to a predetermined level. A second bypass port is arranged at a position on the side beyond a discharge port from the first bypass port but where the discharge port is not located on the line connecting the particular position and the first bypass port. The opening of the second bypass port is arranged at such a position as to be closed by the spiral wall of the movable scroll defining the other compression chamber in the state described above.

摘要： An aluminum-silicon eutectic type casting material containing 7.5 to 12 wt% of silicon and at least one of 1.5 to 4.8 wt% of copper and 0.2 to 0.7 wt% of magnesium is cast by a high speed die casting method. After mold release, the resulting die cast product is subjected, after the surface temperature thereof falls to within the range of 250 to 450°C, to at least one of a water cooling treatment which immerses the die cast product into a water tank and an ageing treatment which retains it at a temperature within the range of 150 to 250°C for a predetermined time.
