    • Embodiments of the present application provide a casing load-in apparatus and a battery assembly device for use in assembling a battery cell. The battery cell comprises an electrode assembly and a casing. Comprised are a first holding mechanism used for holding the electrode assembly; a second holding mechanism used for holding the casing; a driving mechanism used for driving at least one of the first holding mechanism and the second holding mechanism to move so as to assemble the electrode assembly into the casing; a pressure detection mechanism used for detecting pressure values received by the holding mechanisms; a displacement detection module used for detecting the displacements of the holding mechanisms; and a processing module communicatively connected to the pressure detection mechanism and the displacement detection module, wherein according to the pressure values detected by the pressure detection mechanism and the displacements of the holding mechanisms detected by the displacement detection module, the processing module determines whether the assembly is abnormal. By means of the pressure detection mechanism, the displacement detection module and the processing module, the technical effect of being able to determine whether there is an abnormality according to a relative acting force and relative position at the same time is achieved..

    • Provided is a battery assembly assembling method, including: acquiring a pressing displacement amount of a pressing device; controlling a clamping device to clamp a battery assembly if an absolute value of a difference between the pressing displacement amount and a standard pressing displacement amount is less than or equal to a preset threshold; acquiring a first actual displacement amount and a first clamping force of the clamping device; and completing assembling if an absolute value of a difference between the first actual displacement amount and a first standard displacement amount is less than or equal to a first displacement threshold, and an absolute value of a difference between the first clamping force and a first standard clamping force is less than or equal to a first clamping force threshold. Provided is a battery assembly clamp, including: a control unit, and a pressing device, a clamping device, a first feedback unit and a second feedback unit respectively electrically connected to the control unit, where the first feedback unit is configured to acquire a pressing displacement amount of the pressing device; and the second feedback unit is configured to acquire a first actual displacement amount and a first clamping force of the clamping device. Provided is a welding device, including the above clamp. The problem that a clamping position and a clamping force of the battery assembly cannot be determined is solved.
