摘要： The present application provides a battery module, which includes a plurality of batteries (1), an electrical connecting piece (2), a circuit board (3) and a sampling connecting member (4). The plurality of batteries (1) are arranged in a longitudinal direction (L); the electrical connecting piece (2) is electrically connected to the corresponding battery (1); the circuit board (3) is located above the corresponding battery (1) in a height direction (H); the sampling connecting member (4) is connected to the electrical connecting piece (2) and the circuit board (3); the sampling connecting member (4) includes a fixing portion (41) and a contact portion (42), the fixing portion (41) being fixed on the circuit board (3), the contact portion (42) being connected to the fixing portion (41), and the contact portion (42) pressing against the electrical connecting piece (2) and keeping in contact with the electrical connecting piece (2). By means of a sampling structure constituted by the connection between the sampling connecting member (4) and the electrical connecting piece (2) and between the sampling connecting member (4) and the circuit board (3), the connecting portion (42) of the sampling connecting member (4) and the electrical connecting piece (2) are in non-fixed contact in a press-against manner, and a sampling point is formed between the contact portion (42) and the electrical connecting piece (2).

摘要： Embodiments of the present application provide a battery module and a vehicle. The battery module includes: a unit battery; an end plate, located at an end of the battery module along a length direction; an output pole base, including a mounting part and a matching part which are fixedly connected, where the matching part is made of metal material and is fixedly connected to the end plate to limit the freedom degree of movement of the output pole base relative to the end plate along the height direction, the width direction and the length direction. The plastic structure of the output pole base is added a matching part made of metal material therein, and is fixedly connected to the end plate by the matching part, so as to achieve the complete fixing between the output pole base and the end plate and reduce the risk of relative movement between the output pole base and the end plate during the vibration process of the battery module, thereby reducing the risk of the sampling structure fracture, improving the connection reliability between the output pole connecting piece and the unit battery pole column and prolonging the service life of the battery module.

The extending portion (22) can include a pair of convex portions (222) and a concave portion (221) between the pair of convex portions (222). The design can ensure that the cushion pad (2) does not exceed the corresponding surface of the battery (1) in the height direction (H) when pressed, and thus does not affect the flatness of the corresponding surface of the battery (1).
