Such a ventilation device comprises at least one air direction control unit (10) arranged in connection with said window (1) and where said air direction control unit (10) comprises a body (23), having a first throttle (15) and a second throttle (16), and further comprises means (21, 22) for operating said throttles (15, 16) between an open and a closed position, further said body (23) comprises an opening (17) communicating with the interior of said building, an opening communicating with the exterior (18) of said building and a third opening (20) communicating with said air space (14).
