摘要： The invention pertains to a corn ear harvester which comprises two deck plates and two gathering chain devices. The gathering chain devices each comprise an endless chain which forms a chain loop which comprises a straight operational part; a corn ear paddle and paddle connector which connects the corn ear paddle to the chain. The device further comprises a corn stalk channel having a deck plate channel section extends between the deck plates and a gathering chain channel section between the gathering chain devices. The deck plate channel section is too narrow for a corn ear to pass through. The corn ear paddles are arranged adjacent to a deck plate on the side of the ear blocking surface of said first deck plate and the endless chains of the gathering chain devices are arranged adjacent to the deck plates on the opposite side.

摘要： In a combine harvester according to the invention, the header (1) is lifted up by the feeder (8) and secured thereto by a mechanism comprising a pair of securing pins (23) on the feeder's carrier structure (20,21). The securing pins are provided with stops (35) protruding towards the header and which comprise a sloped surface, configured to interact with positioning aids (39) on the header. The lateral outward or inward movement of the securing pins (23) is driven by a centrally placed actuator (24). As the actuator is extended, the positioning aids (39) roll or glide down the sloped surfaces, enabling a gradual approach of the header towards the feeder, up to a point where the securing pins (23) become aligned with slots (50) on the header. Continued actuation of the pin motion then establishes the securing of the header to the feeder.

The harvester header support (20) supports the header during road transport of an agricultural harvester (1) with a header mounted to it in order to reduce the front axle load of the agricultural harvester (1). During harvesting, the support wheel (25) of the harvester header support (20) are folded upwardly so they do not touch the ground during harvesting. The rotation axis (27) of the support wheel (25) extends in a substantially vertical plane during harvesting. 摘要： The header (6) comprises at least one support and transport wheel assembly (11,12) comprising an axle (13) and two wheels (14a,14b). The wheel assembly is coupled to the main body of the header (6) by an actuating system (15) that comprises two actuator mechanisms. When changing from the field mode to the transport mode, the first actuator mechanism brings the wheel assembly forward from a position behind the header, after the header has been lifted up from the ground.
