The present invention also relates to a calibration method (2) for said device and to a computer programme for carrying out said calibration method (2) and a storage medium comprising instructions for carrying out this method.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for creating a digital twin (DT) of a beverage dispenser (D) comprising a first tapping valve (V 1 ) and a second tapping valve (V 2 ).
The method is based on the use of a telematic communication network (C) comprising a cloud server (SC) provided with storage means (SM) in which one or more geographical areas (A 1 ,A 2 ...A N ) are stored and for each geographical area (A 1 ,A 2 ...A N ) one or more respective sites (S 11 ,S 12 ...S 1M ; S 21 ,S 22 ...S 2M ; S N1 ,S N2 ...S NM ) in which at least one beverage dispenser (D) is positioned, as well as a plurality of beverages (B 1 ,B 2 ...B J ).
The digital twin (DT) is created on the basis of a group of data stored in said storage means (SM): a datum concerning a selected geographical area (A 1 ,A 2 ...A N ) and/or a datum concerning a selected site (S 11 ,S 12 ...S 1M ; S 21 ,S 22 ...S 2M ; S N1 ,S N2 ...S NM ), a datum concerning a first unique identification code associated with the first tapping valve (V 1 ), a datum concerning a second unique identification code associated with the second tapping valve (V 2 ), and datum concerning a first beverage (B 1 ) associated with the first tapping valve (V 1 ), and a datum concerning a second beverage (B 2 ) associated with the second tapping valve (V 2 ).

摘要： The present invention relates to a control system for controlling one or more tapping valves included in a beverage dispenser (D).
Said beverage dispenser (D) comprises a first tapping valve (V 1 ) and a second tapping valve (V 2 ) and each tapping valve (V 1 , V 2 ) comprises a respective control logic unit (U 1 , U 2 ) and respective storage means (SM 1 , SM 2 ) in which a respective unique identification code and a respective set of parameters (PS 1 , PS 2 ) are stored.
Said control system comprises a telematic communication network (C) comprising a cloud server (SC) and a gateway (G) for selecting a tapping valve and connecting said telematics communication network (C) to the selected tapping valve.
The cloud server (SC) is configured to send a control signal to the gateway (G) and the gateway (G) is configured to verify which tapping valve the control signal is directed to and forward the control signal to said tapping valve.
The control logic unit (U 1 , U 2 ) of each tapping valve (V 1 , V 2 ) is configured to receive the control signal and execute a command and/or modify one or more parameters of a set of parameters (PS 1 , PS 2 ) and/or add one or more further parameters to said set of parameters (PS 1 , PS 2 ).
