    • The object of the present invention is a guide pin (2) for a floating-type brake caliper (100) of a disc brake, in which said brake caliper (100) comprises a caliper body (101) and a bracket (102), wherein said guide pin (2) is configured to be placed between said caliper body (101) and said bracket (102) to allow a relative scrolling between the caliper body (101) and the bracket (102) along an axial direction (A-A), and wherein said guide pin (2) is configured to connect to a guide sleeve (3) and slide at least partially within said guide sleeve (3), in which said guide (2) pin comprises:

      - a second pin coupling portion (6) configured to couple said guide pin (2) to either said bracket (102) or said caliper body (101), wherein said first pin coupling portion (4) is arranged between said second pin coupling portion (6) and said pin sliding portion (5), wherein said first pin coupling portion (4) is threaded to form a threaded coupling between said guide pin (2) and said guide sleeve (3) .
