A fan (150) is provided in the inner chamber (142) to facilitate airflow through the housing assembly (110) and out an outlet (119), and a motor (190) is provided intermediate to the second housing portion (122) and the third housing portion (124). The center of gravity with respect to the overall blower (100) is provided proximate to a handle portion (156).
