摘要： A light-emitting device, a method of manufacturing the same and an electronic apparatus. The light-emitting device includes a silicon-based base substrate; at least one organic light-emitting diode device at the silicon-based base substrate; a first encapsulation layer, at a side of the at least one organic light-emitting diode device away from the silicon-based base substrate and including one or more sublayers; a color filter layer, at a side of the first encapsulation layer away from the at least one organic light-emitting diode device; and a second encapsulation layer, at a side of the color filter layer away from the first encapsulation layer and including one or more sublayers. A refractive index of at least one sublayer in the first encapsulation layer is greater than a refractive index of at least one sublayer in the second encapsulation layer. The light-emitting device can prevent the color film from aging and losing efficacy due to exposure to the external environment, thereby prolonging the service life of the light-emitting device.

摘要： A light-emitting diode (LED) display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display device are disclosed. The LED display panel includes: a base substrate, as well as a plurality of sub-pixels, a color resistance layer and a light-shielding structure that are located on the base substrate. The base substrate includes a display region and a periphery region; the plurality of sub-pixels are located in the display region; the light-shielding structure is located in the periphery region and is an annular structure surrounding the plurality of sub-pixels. The light-shielding structure includes a first light-shielding structure and a second light-shielding structure, the second light-shielding structure is located at a side of the first light-shielding structure away from the base substrate, a second orthographic projection of the second light-shielding structure on the base substrate is located within a first orthographic projection of the first light-shielding structure on the base substrate, and the first orthographic projection and the second orthographic projection are not completely coincident with each other. The embodiments of the present disclosure improve the uniformity of the color resistance layer formed in the display region by adjusting a size relationship between the second light-shielding structure and the first light-shielding structure so as to prevent from the occurrence of non-uniform display.

The pixel definition layer (4) is formed with a pixel definition groove (41) in the area corresponding to the seperation region (201), and the middle part of the pixel definition groove (41) has a first protrusion (42) protruding in a direction away from the substrate (1). A sub-groove (40) is formed between the sidewall of the first protrusion (42) and the sidewall of the pixel definition groove (41). The light-blocking structure includes a first light-blocking structure and a second light-blocking structure. The first light-blocking structure includes at least one interval extending in a direction from the display region pointing to the peripheral region. The second light-blocking structure at least fully fills the interval. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, by designing a shape of the first light-blocking structure as a non-enclosed annular shape, the degree of uniformity of the color filter layer coated in the display region can be higher.
