摘要： Es wird ein Schnittstellenmodul (4) für eine zur Durchleitung und/oder Verstärkung von essentiellen Kommunikationssignalen innerhalb eines Antennenverteilsystems (29) ausgelegte Einheit(1,2) angegeben, welches eine erste analoge Schnittstelle (6) zur Weiterleitung und zum Empfang von essentiellen Kommunikationssignalen mobiler Endgeräte (32), eine zweite Schnittstelle (7) zur Weiterleitung und zum Empfang von essentiellen Kommunikationssignalen des Antennenverteilsystems (29), wenigstens einen Signalpfad (9,10) zur Weiterleitung der empfangenen Kommunikationssignale zwischen den beiden Schnittstellen (6,7), und eine den Signalpfad (9,10) aufnehmende steuerbare Digitaleinheit (11) mit Mitteln zur Digitalisierung eingehender und zur Analogumwandlung ausgehender Kommunikationssignale umfasst. Dabei ist die Digitaleinheit (11) ausgebildet, in den digitalisierten Kommunikationssignalen essentielle Kommunikationssignale zu identifizieren, die übrigen Signale auszublenden und die essentiellen Kommunikationssignale weiterzuleiten. Weiter wird ein Antennenverteilsystems (29) mit wenigstens einer Master-Unit (2) und mit einer Anzahl von damit verbundener Remote-Units (1) angegeben, die mit einem derartigen Schnittstellenmodul (4) ausgestattet sind. Die Erfindung ermöglicht es, die Vorteile einer modernen Funknetzarchitektur für die Kommunikation auf essentiellen Kommunikationskanälen zu nutzen.

摘要： The invention relates to a repeater (1) which is especially useful for the time division duplex transmission of communication signals. The repeater (1) comprises a master unit (2) for communication with a base station (3) of a wireless network, at least one remote unit (4) for communication with a network terminal, and a waveguide (11) connecting the remote unit (4) to the master unit (2) for transmission of the communication signals in an uplink direction (6) from the remote unit (4) to the master unit (2) and in a downlink direction (5) from the master unit (2) to the remote unit (4). The master unit (2) and the remote unit (4) comprise respective switches (19, 20) for switching the signal transmission between the uplink direction (6) and the downlink direction (5). Both switches (19, 20) are controlled by a synchronizer unit (21) arranged in the master unit (2), said synchronizer unit being designed to determine a clocking from the communication signal supplied to the master unit (2) – especially by the base station (3) – and to emit a control signal to the switches (19, 20) which signal corresponds to said clocking.

摘要： A multiple input multiple output (MIMO) signal is retransmitted using a single input single output (SISO) repeater, which includes Rayleigh channel simulators associated with each separate MIMO channel. Before being combined and transmitted over a single channel, the transmission undergoes simulated Rayleigh fading. The signal is then retransmitted to be received by a MIMO-equipped receiver.

Sowohl die Mastereinheit (2) als auch die Remote-Unit (4) umfassen jeweils einen Schalter (19, 20) zur Umschaltung der Signalübertragung zwischen Uplink-Richtung (6) und Downlink-Richtung (5). Eine in der Mastereinheit (2) angeordnete Synchronisationseinheit (21) ist dazu ausgebildet ist, aus dem der Mastereinheit (2) zugeführten Kommunikationssignal eine Taktung zu ermitteln und ein dieser Taktung entsprechendes Steuersignal an die Schalter (19, 20) abzugeben.
