摘要： A nonaqueous thin battery which has a bag-like exterior body constituted of a laminated body composed of at least three layers of an inner thermoplastic resin layer, an intermediate metallic foil layer, and an outer insulator layer and which meets either or both of the following conditions: (a) the intermediate metallic foil layer section in a thermally fused section provided in the outer peripheral section of the bag-like exterior body has a width which is at least 10 times as large as the thickness of the inner thermoplastic resin layer in the thermally fused area and, at least on the outer peripheral end face side of the exterior body, has a cut section which has a prescribed depth in the widthwise direction in the other part than the terminal leading-out section, and (b) the outer peripheral end face of the exterior body is insulation-treated at least in the peripheral section of the terminal leading-out part.

摘要： Organic semiconductor solution contains a polyacene compound and a solvent where >=1 part can dissolve the polyacene compound. The polyacene compound-soluble solvent is an aromatic halogenated hydrocarbon, aliphatic halogenated hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon, lactone compound and/or carbonate compound. Independent claims are included for: (1) an organic semiconductor thin film containing the polyacene compound; (2) the manufacture of this thin film by doping electron donating atoms or electron receiving atoms which can form a charge transfer complex with the polyacene compound into the organic semiconductor thin film formed by vaporizing the solvent from the solution; (3) an organic semiconductor element; (4) a transistor composed by the organic semiconductor film; (5) the manufacture of the organic semiconductor element; (6) a display device having many pixels including the semiconductor elements or transistors; and (7) the manufacture of the display device.

摘要： A hybrid electrolyte which is prepared by impregnating a molded high polymer porous body composed of a high polymer base material containing a cross-linked high polymer segment and a plurality of bubbles dispersed in the base material with an electrolytic solution until the porous body swells, with the high polymer base material having 20-75 gel %, a method for manufacturing the electrolyte, and a method for manufacturing an electrochemical element using the electrolyte. The hybrid electrolyte has high ionic conductivity and excellent high-temperature stability and exhibits a high adhesive property when the electrolyte is stuck to an electrode. In addition, when the method for manufacturing hybrid electrolyte is used, the hybrid electrolyte having the above-mentioned excellent properties and an electrochemical element using the hybrid electrolyte can be manufactured surely and efficiently.
