    • Antenna device in which the size of a radiating conductor plate can be decreased to reduce dielectric loss and the antenna device can be manufactured at a low cost. The metal plate patch antenna (10) comprises a ground conductor (11) composed of a metal plate, a dielectric substrate (12) placed on and fixed to the ground conductor (11), a radiating conductor plate (13) composed of a metal plate arranged above the dielectric substrate (12) with a predetermined gap therefrom, leg pieces (14) formed by cutting and raising four places near the outer circumferential portion of the radiating conductor plate (13) toward the dielectric substrate (12), and a feeding metal piece (15) extending from a feeding point of the radiating conductor plate (13). Soldering lands (16) are arranged at four corners of the top surface of the dielectric substrate (12) so that lower ends of the leg pieces (14) are respectively soldered to the soldering lands (16). In addition, since the soldering lands (16) face the ground conductor (11) with the dielectric substrate (12) therebetween, additional capacitance is generated between the soldering lands (16) and the ground conductor (11).

    • A circularly-polarized-wave patch antenna includes a main body (1) having a patch electrode (3) provided with two feeding points (P1, P2) and a 90°-phase-difference circuit (6) for generating a phase difference of 90° between signals supplied to the feeding points. A Wilkinson distribution circuit (7) is provided between the 90°-phase-difference circuit and a coaxial cable (20) (feeder line) so as to improve a reflection characteristic. The patch antenna includes two feeding points, and thus a favorable axial ratio characteristic can be obtained in a wide band. Also, a favorable reflection characteristic can be obtained in a wide band because of the Wilkinson distribution circuit. Accordingly, the patch antenna can be used in a wider frequency band.

    • An antenna device includes a dielectric substrate placed upright on a ground conductor, a first radiating conductor and a second radiating conductor that are meandering and are symmetrically disposed on a surface of the dielectric substrate, lower ends of the first radiating conductor and the second radiating conductor being connected at a junction.
      The antenna device further includes a third radiating conductor that is disposed between the first radiating conductor and the second radiating conductor and extends in a straight line along the symmetry axis of both the radiating conductors. A capacitive conductor is disposed on the dielectric substrate and is substantially parallel to the ground conductor. The upper ends of the first radiating conductor, the second radiating conductor, and the third radiating conductor are connected to the capacitive conductor.
      The first radiating conductor and the second radiating conductor resonate when a high-frequency power with a first frequency is supplied to the junction. The third radiating conductor resonates when a high-frequency power with a second frequency that is higher than the first frequency is supplied to the junction.
