摘要： It is presented an arc detector for detecting undesired arcs. The arc detector comprises: an antenna for receiving an electromagnetic signal representing an arc; and a discriminator for analysing a signal from the antenna, the discriminator comprising a spectrum analyser arranged to detect whether the signal represents a normal arc or an undesired arc. The discriminator is arranged to detect whether the signal represents a normal arc or an undesired arc by comparing signal levels at frequencies of a spectrum of the signal corresponding to at least one partial reference spectrum, and determining the arc to be a normal arc if a deviation from the reference spectrum is less than a threshold deviation. A corresponding method is also presented.

摘要： In a method for monitoring of partial discharges in an electric power transformer (1) under normal operating conditions, the magnetic field at a high-voltage bushing (2) on the power transformer is sensed with an inductive sensor (6) comprising at least one coil (6a, 6b) arranged at the bushing, and the electric field at the bushing is sensed with a capacitive sensor (5). The output signals from said sensors are supplied to a signal processing unit (3) in which each one of the output signals is filtered in a separate bandpass filter (101, 102), whereupon the filtered output signals from said sensors are multiplied by each other. An output signal (PDI) from the signal processing unit is formed in dependence on the result of said multiplication for the purpose of detecting internal partial discharges in the transformer.

At least one of the chambers (50, 50', 52, 52) includes a permanent magnet (80, 80') for generating a magnetic field between the contacting unit (70, 72) and the splitter plate unit and the splitter plates are made of non-ferromagnetic material, and the splitter plates of at least one of the chambers (51, 51') are made of ferromagnetic material.

摘要： A device for sensing electric discharges in a test object (1) with two electric connection conductors (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d), preferably a cable joint, comprises at least one first and one second sensor (2a, 2b) and evaluation equipment (EVU). Each one of the sensors generates and supplies to the evaluation equipment sensor signals in dependence on current pulses through the connection conductors and the direction thereof, the first sensor a first sensor signal (v1) and the second sensor a second sensor signal (v2). The evaluation equipment generates in dependence on received sensor signals an indication signal (IND), indicating an electric discharge in the test object. The device comprises a first tuning unit (T1) associated with the first sensor and a second tuning unit (T2) associated with the second sensor, each unit, in dependence on the respective sensor signal, forming a first filter signal (SF1) and a second filter signal (SF2), respectively, periodically oscillating with a preselected period (TP), as well as a multiplying member (MU), which is supplied with, and in dependence on said filter signals, forms a product signal (SP), whereby the evaluation equipment forms the indication signal in dependence on the product signal.

摘要： A device for sensing electric discharges in a test object (1) with at least two electric connection conductors (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) comprises transducer equipment and evaluation equipment (PA, ABU, LU). The transducer equipment comprises at least one transducer (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) for direction-sensitive sensing of current pulses through the connection conductors by sensing a magnetic field, generated by the current pulses, and the polarity thereof. The transducer delivers a transducer signal (v1', v2', v3', v4', v11', v21') to the evaluation equipment in dependence on said current pulses and their direction. The evaluation equipment generates, in dependence on received transducer signals, an indicating signal (IND) indicating an electric discharge in the test object.
