摘要： An elastic wheel and a method of manufacturing the elastic wheel. The elastic wheel, comprising a circumferentially extending rim (3) pivotally supporting a tire, a disk (5) fixed to an axle, and a connection means elastically connecting the rim to the disk. The connection means further comprises a pair of annular ring pieces extending in the circumferential direction projectedly from the inner peripheral surface of the rim to the radial inner side and installed apart a specified distance from each other in the direction of the axle, a connection part circumferentially extending between the pair of ring pieces, having an axial clearance from the ring pieces, and installed on the radial outside of the disk, and damper members (6) formed of rubber elastic bodies through which the ring pieces are joined to the connection part. First engagement grooves extending in the circumferential direction are formed in the inside surfaces of the ring pieces facing each other, and second engagement grooves opposed to the first engagement grooves, forming pairs therewith, and extending in the circumferential direction are formed in both side faces of the connection part in the direction of the axle. The damper members are supported by the first engagement grooves and the second engagement grooves, and a clearance is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the connection part and the inner peripheral surface of the rim.

摘要： An elastic wheel comprises a rim for mounting a tire, a disk to be fixed to an axle, and a connecting apparatus for connecting elastically between the rim and disk, the apparatus comprising a pair of axially spaced internal flanges each provided on an inner circumference side of the rim and extending circumferentially, an external flange provided on a radially outer portion of the disk, the external flange disposed in a space between the internal flanges with an axial gap on its both sides and extending circumferentially, a pair of rubber dampers each disposed in the axial gap and connecting between the internal and external flanges, wherein each internal flange is provided on its axially inner side with a first groove, the external flange is provided on its both sides with a second groove so as to face each first groove, axial ends of each damper are inserted into the first and second grooves, and a radial gap is provided between the external flange and the inner circumference side of the rim in the space.
