摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a blood-sampling-tube automatic preparation device having a quite short width and a superior portability, and being very compact. The blood-sampling-tube automatic preparation device according to the present invention, comprising a blood-sampling-tube containing section (B) having at least two blood-sampling-tube containers (1) each of which are able to contain separately blood-sampling-tubes according to a kind of blood-sampling-tube, a label printing and pasting unit (E) that prints a blood sampling information data related to a patient on a label and then pastes the printed label on a surface of a blood-sampling-tube, a hand pasting label printer (F), a blood-sampling-tube collecting section (G) in which one or more blood-sampling-tubes with label pasted and , if necessary, one or more printed labels for hand pasting are collected for each patient, a blood-sampling-tube transferring device (C, D) that receives the blood-sampling-tube required to a blood test of a patient from the corresponding blood-sampling-tube container (1) and transfers the received blood-sampling-tube to the label printing and pasting unit (E), and a control device (70) that controls the each component (B to G) such as one or more blood-sampling-tubes required to the blood test of the patient are selectively taken out from the corresponding blood-sampling-tube container (1), the information data corresponding to the patient is printed on the label, the printed label is pasted each blood-sampling-tube, if necessary, the information data corresponding to the patient is printed on the label for hand pasting, and then one or more the label pasted blood-sampling-tubes and, if necessary, one or more labels for hand pasting are collected in the blood-sampling-tube collecting section (G) for each patient characterized in that all blood-sampling-tube containers (1) of the blood-sampling-tube containing section (B) are arranged side by side in a row on a same horizontal surface and the blood-sampling-tube transferring device (C, D), the label printing and pasting unit (E), and the hand pasting label printer (F) are arranged to be mutually superposed under the blood-sampling-tube containing section (B).

[Means of Realizing the Object] An automatic blood-sampling tube preparation device according to the present invention being constituted so as to selectively take out a blood-sampling tube required to an examination of a patient according to an instruction information indicated by a doctor from the blood-sampling tube containing section, transfer the taken-out blood-sampling tube to a label pasting position, print an information of the patient on a label, paste the printed label on the blood-sampling tube positioned in the label pasting position, and collect the label pasted blood-sampling tubes in the container for each patient, characterized in that the automatic blood-sampling tube preparation device further comprises a photographing means for photographing an appearance of the blood-sampling tube taken out from the blood-sampling tube containing section and a control means, and said control means is arranged to have a threshold with respect to at least one characteristic information previously extracted from an appearance of a blood-sampling tube, to extract the characteristic information from the appearance image photographed by the photographing means, to specify the type of the blood-sampling tube taken out from the blood-sampling tube containing section on the basis of the threshold and the extracted characteristic information, and to judge whether the blood-sampling tube corresponds to the instruction information from the doctor.

An automatic blood-sampling tube preparation device according to the present invention, comprising
a blood-sampling tube taking-out cam arranged at the center of the open bottom of casing of each blood-sampling tube containing unit, which is configured to close the open bottom of the casing, to take-out the blood-sampling tube contained in the casing one by one, and to transfer the taken out tube to the transfer unit arranged below the casing, wherein
said blood-sampling tube taking-out cam is configured to be rotatable left and right about a longitudinal axis thereof,
when the blood-sampling tube taking-out cam is rotated in one direction form its center position, one of grooves appears inside the blood-sampling tube containing unit so that one of blood-sampling tubes contained in the blood-sampling tube containing unit enters one groove while the blood-sampling tube contained in other groove is dropped and supplied to the transfer unit,
and when the blood-sampling tube taking-out cam is rotated in other direction form its center position, said other groove appears inside the blood-sampling tube containing unit so that one of blood-sampling tubes contained in the blood-sampling tube containing unit enters said other groove while the blood-sampling tube contained in said one groove is dropped and supplied to the transfer unit.

An automatic blood-sampling tube preparation system according to the present invention being constituted so as to selectively take out a blood-sampling tube required to an examination of a patient according to a doctor's instruction information from the blood-sampling tube containing section, write the patient examination information on a RFID tag of the taken out tube on the basis of the instruction information, read simultaneously all patient examination information from the all RFID tags contained in the prepared container for every patient, compare the information read from the RFID tags with the instruction information. The automatic blood-sampling tube preparation system takes the prepared tray move so as to change the state of the RFID tags contained in the container and performs the reading process and comparing process.
