The measuring means (8) comprises at least one primary electric conductor (9) and one secondary electric conductor (10) disposed at a mutual distance depending on the position of the movable element (5), an electric-signal generator (11) connected to the primary conductor (9) and adapted to establish phenomena of electromagnetic induction between said primary conductor and the secondary conductor (10), and at least one device (13) for detecting the width of the electric signals present in at least one of the conductors.
