摘要： The invention relates to a textile sheet product (1). According to the invention, said textile sheet product (1) is characterized by a plurality of coating elements (2), which are arranged on a surface (111) of a textile substrate layer (11) of the sheet product in such a way that only part of the surface of the substrate layer is covered by the coating elements. The coating elements are made of a material that substantially is a mixture of a polymer material, preferably a prepolymer that can be cross-linked to form a thermoset, and a filler in the form of inorganic and/or metal particles (22). In a method according to the invention for producing a textile sheet product (1), a textile substrate layer (11) and a coating material are provided. In order to form coating elements (2), a plurality of portions of the coating material are applied to a surface (111) of the substrate layer. The portions of the coating material are arranged on the surface in such a way that the portions do not overlap, and only part of the surface of the substrate layer is covered by the coating material. Subsequently, the coating material is fixed, whereby a plurality of solid coating elements (2) is formed on the substrate layer.

摘要： The invention relates to formulations for dressing, dressing layers, dressed textile fibres and textile fabrics and method for dressing textile fibres and textile fabrics. The textiles produced according to said invention can receive, a plurality of times, active substances, or active ingredients, and, according to the applicational function, can be deposited in an isotropic manner to the surrounding medium or in an anisotropic manner in a directly adjacent layer by means of a locally oriented material flow. The dressing layers are characterised by the swellability thereof and their capability of receiving active substances. The polymer layers form nano pockets during swelling which can receive one or several guest molecules. The active substances are released and desorbed whilst carrying the dressed tissue, are assisted by body heat, humidity, friction and movement. Counter to known intelligent biotextiles' based on cyclodextrine, it is possible, according to the invention, to apply an essentially wider spectrum of active substances to the textile surfaces a plurality of times. Said active substances can be deposited when the loaded textiles are carried and can be absorbed by the skin of the carrier, cutaneously or percutaneously, and they produce the desired effect on the destination point.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a temperature-regulating surface and/or structures on a substrate. The novel method is used to carry out a screen printing on preferably textile surfaces during which the print is provided, in particular, in the form of naps containing a high concentration of temperature-regulating material, preferably paraffin. The accumulation of the temperature-regulating material in the form of a number of naps largely preserves the elasticity as well as the breathing activity and the substrate's ability to exchange vapor and moisture. The invention also relates to products, preferably textile articles, on which temperature-regulating surfaces were applied using the aforementioned method.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for applying a finishing layer to a textile carrier material. According to the inventive method, a water repellent layer or oil repellent layer, a so-called finishing layer is applied to a carrier material of the group of fibres, tissues and fabrics. The water or oil repellent finishing layer comprises at least two water or oil repellent components. A first component comprises at least one dispersing agent and a second component comprises at least one dispersed phase or a colloid. The dispersing agent and the dispersed phase are present in a gel state. The colloids of the dispersed phase are distributed in the dispersing agent in an anisotropic manner in such a way that the colloids are present in a concentrated form in the region of the finishing surface which forma a phase boundary layer between the finishing layer and the surrounding atmosphere. According to the finishing method and a first step thereof, the dispersion that is present as a colloidal solution is applied to the carrier material and is converted into a gel state in a subsequent step. The components of the dispersion are provided with an inherent capability of self-organisation. Said capability is used for obtaining the anisotropic distribution. The invention also relates to textile articles being provided with the novel water or oil repellent finishing layer. Said articles are equal or superior to products produced according to known finishing methods, with respect to the functional characteristics thereof and on the highest level. Said articles enable the chemicals which are ecologically harmful, might be harmful to health and are conventionally used to be entirely or partially replaced by novel compounds that are not in use until now.

摘要： The proposal is for an apparatus and a method for treating fabrics with silicone-containing finishing coats that are notable once completed in having numerous pores rather than being closed. There are various ways in which these pores can be generated in line with the invention to endow the new fabrics not only with the familiar water-repellency of silicone-coated fabrics but also, innovatively, with breathability and permeability to water vapour. Armed with this breathability and water vapour permeability, the new fabrics offer greatly enhanced comfort to the wearer. The new fabrics can likewise protect the wearer from brief flame contact and from exposure to convective and radiant heat.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for coating fibres and material to achieve particular properties such as water repellency, oil-repellency and/or self-cleaning. Said particular properties are achieved by means of a pre-treatment of the fibres or the material and a subsequent coating with prepolymers and nanoparticles. The prepolymers are partly substituted with hydrocarbon groups or with fluorocarbon groups. The nanoparticles themselves can have surfaces treated with hydrocarbons or fluorocarbons. The prepolymers are fixed and hardened by irradiation with light of a wavelength from UV to visible.
