摘要： The invention relates to a laminated material for producing molded articles or boards from laminated veneer or a board from other materials covered with veneer. Said laminated material consists of a center layer and one or more pairs of sheets of veneer that have structural features such as grain, apparent density and knottiness which vary across the surface but are congruent or almost identical in their variation. Those sheets of veneer are disposed in pairs and in a congruent manner and symmetrically in respect of the cross-section of the molded article or board. The arrangement of the sheets of veneer leads to a symmetry of the structural feature variations in the respective surface areas of the molded article or board and thus to a symmetric distribution of stresses while resulting in an even moisture distribution across the cross-section. The production of quasi-congruent sheets of veneer for the disposal in pairs in the laminated material is preferably carried out according to the rotary cut method. The innovative laminated material is characterized by a high resistance to warping (twisting, bending) at varying exposures to moisture, especially at varying air moisture.
