摘要： An apparatus for mounting and dismounting of tyres based on a principle where a wedge-shaped tyre lever is forced in between rim and bead wire in order to force the bead wire inside or outside the rim by a relative movement along the edge of the rim. The apparatus according to the invention has a double set of tyre levers (5) which by the use of associated rim squeeze devices (6,7) can advance stepwise along the rim edge (K) by alternate activation of the rim clamps, the distance between the two tyre levers being increased and reduced forcibly at the same time. In this way, the tyre levers can be made to work on the entire wheel circumference. The apparatus is operated by compressed air. A manually operated directional valve controls the working rate. The apparatus is mobile and can be carried and operated by a single person and requires no adjustment.
