摘要： The present disclosure provides an electrolytic capacitor for middle or high voltage application of 160 V or more, which can suppress the total amount of gas generated inside the electrolytic capacitor. An electrolytic capacitor includes anode foil on which dielectric oxide film is formed, and a cathode body. The cathode body includes cathode foil formed of valve action metal and a carbon layer formed on the cathode foil. The anode foil and the cathode body have capacitance so that when capacitance X of the anode foil per unit area is 1, ratio of capacitance Y of the cathode body per the same unit area is equal to or more than 10.

摘要： The present invention provides a conductive carbon which enables the achievement of an electricity storage device that has high energy density, while exhibiting improved charge/discharge cycle stability even during high voltage application. A conductive carbon according to the present invention is produced by a method which comprises: an oxidation step wherein a carbon starting material is subjected to an oxidation treatment, thereby obtaining an oxidation-treated carbon that spreads in a paste-like state when a pressure is applied thereto; and a heat treatment step wherein the oxidation-treated carbon is subjected to a heat treatment under a vacuum or in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. Since CO 2 is separated from the oxidation-treated carbon during the heat treatment process, the amount of CO 2 generated from the thus-obtained conductive carbon in the temperature range of from 25 °C to 200 °C is smaller than the amount of CO 2 generated from the oxidation-treated carbon in the temperature range of from 25 °C to 200 °C. It is preferable that the heat treatment is carried out in such a manner that the amount of CO 2 generated from the thus-obtained conductive carbon in the temperature range of from 25 °C to 200 °C is within the range of from 0.015 % by mass to 0.050 % by mass of the entire conductive carbon.

An electrode foil 1 is formed of a belt-like foil, and has a surface enlarged part 3, a core part 2, and a plurality of separation parts 4. The surface enlarged part 3 is formed on the surface of the foil, and the core part 2 is a part remained when excluding the surface enlarged part 3 within the foil. The separation part 4 extends in a width direction of the belt in the surface enlarged part 3, dividing the surface enlarged part 3. The plurality of separation parts 4 share bending stress when the electrode foil 1 is wound, preventing concentration of stress.

摘要： A production method for an electronic component using an exterior packaging material containing a silicone resin comprises a step of dipping an element into an exterior packaging material containing a silicone resin to which aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide and a nonpolar solvent are added, an additive amount of the aluminum hydroxide or the magnesium hydroxide being controlled to a range of 60 [wt.%] or more to less than 70 [wt.%], a step of drying the exterior packaging material formed on a surface of the element to evaporate the nonpolar solvent and cause a silicone resin component to appear on a surface of the exterior packaging material, and a curing step of curing the exterior packaging material. As a result, the silicone resin can be reduced while maintaining the incombustibility and insulation withstand voltage of the exterior packaging material.
