    • The invention relates to a heating system for a building, comprising at least a first heat recovery apparatus (7) for recovering heat from a first heat source, and a second heat recovery apparatus (15) for recovering heat from a second heat source. The system also comprises a medium flow pipe assembly (2) arranged in a flow connection with both said first heat recovery apparatus (7) and said second heat recovery apparatus (15), for circulating the same medium (2) through at least the first heat recovery apparatus (7) and the second heat recovery apparatus (15). The invention also relates to a method for heating a building, the method comprising recovering heat from a first heat source by a first heat recovery apparatus (7) and from a second heat source by a second heat recovery apparatus (15). The method comprises circulating the same medium (2) through at least said first heat recovery apparatus (7) and said second heat recovery apparatus (15) in a medium flow pipe assembly (2) which is arranged in a flow connection with both said first heat recovery apparatus (7) and said second heat recovery apparatus (15).
