    • A light emitting unit includes a heat-dissipating base (1), at least one light-bar member (2) and a cover member (3). The heat-dissipating base (1) has a contact portion (11) on one side thereof. The light-bar member (2) has a PCB (21) and a plurality of light emitting devices (22) disposed on and electrically connected with the PCB (21). The light-bar member (2) is disposed on the contact portion (11) of the heat-dissipating base (1). The cover member (3) is detachably assembled with the heat-dissipating base (1) and covering the light-bar member (2). The cover member (3) has an opening (31) and the inner surfaces of two sides of the cover member respectively have a pressing portion (33). The pressing portion (33) presses onto the PCB (21) to contact the contact portion (11) of the heat-dissipating base in a firm manner. Therefore, the heat generated by the light-bar member can be efficiently transferred to the heat-dissipating base so as to improve the heat-dissipating efficiency of the light emitting unit.

    • A light emitting diode lamp includes a heat sink (10), a socket (20), a light emitting module (30), a holder (40) and a lens (50). The socket (20) and the holder (40) are respectively positioned opposite sides of the heat sink (10). The light emitting module (30) is combined with the heat sink (10) and has a light emitting diode unit (33). The lens (50) is mounted on the light emitting diode unit (33) and combined inside the holder (40). The heat sink (10) includes a substrate (11) and a plurality of heat dissipating fins (12). The substrate (11) has a plurality of extending arms (112) in a manner that a slot (113) is formed between two neighboring extending arms (112). A plurality of heat dissipating tins (12) is inserted into the corresponding slots (113). One of opposite sidewall surfaces (1121) of each extending arm (112) is against one of opposite surfaces (123) of each heat dissipating fin (12). Thereby, there is no need of producing a heat sink by soldering.

    • A heat sink device has a metal body (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e) connected with a voltage source, multiple sharp teeth (11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e) formed on one side of the metal body (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e), and a metal grounded member (20, 20a, 20b, 20d, 20e) provided separately from the metal body.
