    • A detecting assembly for multi-axis machine tools (50) having a spindle (51) and a turntable (52) and has a detector (10), a lens device (20) and a computer (30). The detector (10) has a mounting frame (11) and two detecting segments (12, 13). The mounting frame (11) has multiple mounting boards (112, 114). The detecting segments (12, 13) are mounted on the mounting boards (112, 114) and each has a light source (121, 131) and a sensor (122, 132). The lens device (20) is mounted on the turntable (52), extends into the detector (10) and has a spherical lens (22) aligning light emitted from the light sources (121, 131) with corresponding sensors (122, 132). The computer (30) is electrically connected to the detector (10) to receive signals of the detecting segments (12, 13) and has a signal processor (31).

    • A method of numerical-control scraping of a work piece (50) has a preparing step, a scanning step, a flatness-parameter inputting step, a surface-finishing step, a related-parameter inputting step, an auto-scraping step and an analyzing step. The preparing step comprises preparing a multi-axis machine tool (10), a laser displacement meter (30), an auto scraping apparatus (40) and a computer (20). The scanning step comprises scanning the work piece (50). The flatness-parameter inputting step comprises inputting a flatness-parameter. The surface-finishing step comprises calculating out the to-be-scraped ranges and scraping the work piece (50). The related-parameter inputting step comprises inputting desired PPI and POP in the computer (20), calculating out the HOP, the DOS and the oil content to obtain the dimensions of a single scraping process. The auto-scraping step comprises scraping the work piece (50) to meet the requirement. The analyzing step comprises detecting the 3D-appearance drawing of the work piece (50).
