    • The invention relates to a constant flow regulator mechanism, of those which are formed by a casing inside which a rotary valve with at least one flap allows the passage of a certain constant flow, according to the position thereof, and by a plate of mechanisms, wherein said plate comprises a strip, secured at one end to a strip support and at the other end to a spacer element which is secured at its ends to said strip and to a multipositional element, the rotation shaft of which coincides with the drive shaft of the valve. The strip support is fixed on a spindle, for the advance and tensioning of the strip. This spindle comprises manual activation means which allow, by means of varying the tensioning of the strip, regulating the degree of opening of the valve as a consequence of the connection between the elements forming the mechanism. The mechanism in turn comprises a damper for reducing the possible vibrations thereof.
