    • There is provided an apparatus for an automatic/semiautomatic door, and more particularly, to an apparatus for an automatic/semiautomatic door to prevent the door from leaving its track during an opening/closing process and to maintain airtightness between the inside and the outside when closed. In the apparatus for the automatic/semiautomatic door, airtight frames are separably assembled at the top, bottom and both sides of the automatic/semiautomatic door and wherein an airtight structure is buried in a floor surface coming in contact with the bottom of an opening/closing door of the automatic/semiautomatic door, so that the airtight frame is air-tightly and slidably inserted into the airtight structure. Therefore, any gap between the inside and outside is blocked to improve airtightness by preventing drafts, noise, etc. and the opening/closing door is prevented from shaking or leaving its track.

    • The present invention relates to a prefabricated structure for a composite window/door apparatus using different frame materials. Elements comprise a window frame (10) including a first (20) and second (30) window frame and a sash frame (40). The first window frame (20) includes a corner piece path (23) and an angle piece path (24). The corner piece path (23) receives a corner piece (70). The angle piece path (24) receives an angle piece (80) made of metal to reinforce the connection. Similar corner and angle pieces are provided for the sash frame. The adjacent first window frames are simply and firmly connected with each other only by a punching step, without using any heat-sealing method or adhesive agent application. The adjacent first sash frames are connected with each other in the same manner. As a result, the end product assembly is highly improved and the appearance beauty of the window frame using different materials and the sash frame using different materials does not deteriorate.

    • There is provided a window/door system with a flat track having "⊏"-shaped roller supports to provide a nice appearance and to improve air tightness and water tightness by reducing the number of grooves exposed on a window/door frame when a window/door is opened, by using the roller supports in a cross sectional shape of "⊏" which is open at one side.
      The window/door system with the flat track according to the present invention comprises: a rail unit stably positioned lengthwise in a window/door frame, the rail unit including a rail panel in a flat shape, rails to allow the window/door to move in the sliding motion on the rail panel, and a rail cover joining channel expending to protrude upward from a top surface of the rail panel; a "⊏"-shaped roller support including rollers, a roller mounting section in a lower position under which the rollers are mounted, a window/door connecting section in a upper position, and a connection section connecting one end of the roller mounting section and one end of the window/door connecting section to each other, thereby forming a cross sectional shape of "⊏" which is open at one side, wherein a pair of the roller supports is installed such that the open sides of the "⊏" shapes face each other and the rollers are stably positioned on the rails of the rail unit; a rail cover having: a rail covering panel and rail cover joining flanges extending to protrude downward under the rail covering panel and to securely fit into the rail cover joining channel of the rail unit, wherein the rail cover is poisoned between in each "⊏"-shaped roller support installed to face each other such that the rail covering panel is positioned within each roller mounting section and each window/door connecting section; and a window/door to be securely connected by mounting a lower part of a window/door sash on the window/door connecting section.
