摘要： A printing press cleaning device includes a solvent supply nozzle (34) configured to supply a solvent containing a surfactant to an ink roller group (21) that includes a plurality of ink rollers configured to receive ink from an ink fountain (18a) and send the ink to a plate cylinder (17). The cleaning device includes a first or second cleaning solution supply nozzle (35, 36) configured to supply a first or second cleaning solution containing a volatile organic solvent to the ink roller group (21). The cleaning device includes a doctor blade (33) configured such that a distal end thereof can come into contact with and be moved away from an ink roller of the plurality of ink rollers, and scrape and collect the ink, the solvent, and the first or second cleaning solution of the ink roller group (21) at a contact position of the distal end that comes into contact with the ink roller. It is possible to provide a printing press cleaning device capable of shortening a cleaning time and improving an operation efficiency by efficient cleaning without increasing the supply amount of the cleaning solution.

摘要： Provided is a method for automatically adjusting the contact pressure between an intaglio cylinder and a wiping roller that further limits the amount of defective prints generated. The method adjusts said contact pressure by changing the position of the wiping roller shaft center with respect to the intaglio cylinder shaft center using a contact pressure adjustment motor. At least the position of the wiping roller shaft center at low speed and the position of the wiping roller shaft center during printing operation for which the contact pressures have been optimized during a previous printing are stored. Before starting the current printing operation, the wiping roller is moved to the stored low speed position. Then when the current printing operation is started, the wiping roller is moved to the stored printing operation position.

摘要： After the end of a preceding print job, a printing press is stopped, and ink form rollers (6-1 to 6-4) of an ink roller group (6) are thrown off. After that, a printing plate (7) is exchanged with a printing plate (7') of a next print job, and a blanket (91) mounted on a blanket cylinder (9) is cleaned. The opening amounts of ink fountain keys (4-1 to 4-n) corresponding to the image of the printing plate (7') of the next print job are obtained. The obtained opening amounts of the ink fountain keys (4-1 to 4-n) are corrected by correction values of the opening amounts of the ink fountain keys (4-1 to 4-n) considering the influence of cleaning of the blanket (91) to obtain corrected opening amounts. In a state in which the opening amounts of the ink fountain keys (4-1 to 4-n) have been set to the corrected opening amounts, a corrected ink film thickness distribution corresponding to the image of the printing plate (7') of the next print job is formed on the ink roller group (6).
